Complaints and Grievances

We will be unable to cancel the order, once it has been placed on the website. In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 5 days of having received the order.*
Please share package opening video for us to take a suitable action.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us*

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

  • The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at naturescrunchofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.


Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. *Kindly share the message/ image of the delivery confirmation or product condition (whichever is applicable):

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged product upon delivery.

  • Product not as described or wrong item received.


Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Perishable goods that are not defective (such as opened packages of food).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. We will send a replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
